I have ordered here several times and have never been disappointed. The delivery time is reasonable and the delivery staff is always very friendly. The pizzas are really great in terms of taste and value for money. As befits a Neapolitan pizza, the pizza dough is fluffy and not at all tough. The choice of dishes leaves nothing to be desired. Even for me as a vegan, it is no problem to find something. I usually order the pizza with grilled vegetables without cheese. Finally there are original Neapolitan pizzas in Kempten. Complimenti allá Cucina!

Fast delivery several times in under 15 minutes! The dough of the pizza is very fluffy and really first class. In addition, the menu offers many Italian specialties that you hardly ever get in Kempten. Therefore really recommendable!

The best pizza I've ever eaten. The restaurant is always worth a visit with its location, the friendly staff and the great food. The delivery service is also well organized and the food arrives at home hot. KEEP IT UP.

Ordered 2 pizzas to pick up. When I arrived even 3 minutes before the agreed time, the pizzas were already ready in a warming box. So no longer hot but just warm. There are also better tastes. But I will give the rossini a second chance and order and pick it up again so that I have a comparison.

Dear Rossini team, Conclusion of our order this evening: NOT ENOUGH! First of all, it should be said that we like to pay a few euros more to eat high quality food. Which in turn was the reason for our - eagerly awaited - order at ROSSINI zu Alten Bleiche. Then that: The salmon salad (Norvegese) ordered via delivery service turned out to be a disappointing and cheap iceberg lettuce mixture with occasional strips of carrots, which should give the apparently dreary appearance one or two splashes of color. TRY FAILED! In comparable restaurants you can get a really tasty salad with tomatoes, rocket, baby leaf, lamb's lettuce and much more for this money! When we asked for a bit of bread with the salad, the very nice delivery woman gave us a pizza box, which revealed a pizza bread, which in turn was declared with 5 (in words: -five-) euros on the bill! NAUGHTY! In summary, we are now sitting extremely disappointed in front of the dishes delivered and will refrain from ordering repeatedly from ROSSINI in the future ... After 65 minutes of waiting, the food was finally delivered. Unfortunately not as ordered. Despite repeated references to intolerance and the request that the salad should be delivered without dressing, the salad was delivered with dressing. We were then offered a refund. However, we asked for a new delivery. This came after another waiting time, this time 35 minutes ..... mind you for a salad. This time the salad came without dressing, but also with significantly fewer ingredients than before. Never again!

Pizzas lasted 40 minutes, which is way too long for a lunch menu during break. Salad was very good. Service was friendly. Pizzas were too luscious and tasteless for me. However, we had the daily pizzas (ham ...)

Very mixed, the waitresses are partly very friendly, partly rather arrogant. Same with eating. Partly of high quality and very well cooked, the other part on an underground level. The steak was ordered in English and served through. After a good start, the service and the food unfortunately go downhill.

By far the best pizza in the greater Kempten area. Here emphasis is placed on original Italian preparation and ingredients. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. The atmosphere on the Iller is unbeatable.

Today was the first time in the relatively new Rossini and had a nice evening. The staff was always very friendly and attentive. The starter was plentiful, the pizza bread came in a focaccia style and everything was delicious. The fish platter with rosemary potatoes was also very good and came to the table hot. Sitting on the terrace on the Iller rounded it off. Definitely recommend a visit!

The location and the view is great, it is 1 star. Unfortunately, the service is incapable. We were served quite quickly at the beginning, but then there was a break for 1 hour. After about 1 1/2 hours we asked for the food we had ordered, the food was forgotten. When it came after 1 3/4 hours, it was more than disappointing. The spaghetti tasted burnt and the risotto wasn't nearly done. The food was given back. And no more ordered. More than disappointing. It's good that we had a starter that came relatively early. Also, no meeting from the service, after about 2 hours of waiting, no excuse for forgetting us. Service clearly has room for improvement! Definitely the food too. Pizza was very good. That was my 2nd and last time. Bring time and patience and only order pizzas!

The service was very good. We had a very friendly waiter. Unfortunately, the ordered dishes arrived at our table very delayed. Unfortunately, our taste was not quite met. Pizza was OK. Spaghetti Carbonara tasted burnt. There is still room for improvement!

We wanted to spend a nice evening there, on arrival, we were unfortunately not noticed at all. On another day we wanted to take an ice cream “to go” with us. However, the waiter had written us off that he didn't have time?!?! Unfortunately, there won't be a third chance!

True to the motto the best comes at the end. After a lady on the other end of the phone gave a friendly greeting and took the order, it took over 1 hour until I called for the first time to inquire about the status of my order. Then a friendly voice on the other end of the phone informed me that my order was already on its way to me and that it could only be a few minutes before I can let the delicious good in my mouth go. Another 40 minutes later, I allowed myself to call the restaurant again and ask about the current status of my order. Again they told me that the driver was already on the way and then the next few minutes would have to arrive at my place, but if that wasn't the case in the next few minutes I should contact me again and I would get a free pizza at my expense of the restaurant. The lady on the phone was visibly irritated by where the pizza is now and has again apologized for the mistake. Shortly afterwards my cell phone scolded it was The Pizza Driver believed to be lost. To which I now explained I have already phoned the boss who guaranteed me a free delivery of my pizzas that I ordered over 2 hours ago. He only said the pizza is okay, it would be hot too, but this was no longer the case. So then I let the driver take the pizza back and hoped that he had memorized the address. Now it takes about half an hour. The same driver rings again and we got two hot pizzas for free. The taste of the pizzas was very good, the dough seems to be homemade, nice crust, the topping was generous, not too thick strips of ham, all in all a delicious pizza but after two and a half hours there are unfortunately no five stars. We will be happy to order there again in the hope that the driver has remembered the address. PS I suspect the driver was given the wrong address when taking the order.

The service doesn't work at all! My friend asked for some hot water for his coffee. Actually nothing unusual, this is a so-called “extended”. Incomprehension on the part of the waiter who shook his head! and grimaced. You had to explain to him several times why and why a small cup of hot water was desired. He actually had no understanding of it and was clearly showing it. During our entire stay, he only pulled his mouthguard over his mouth half-heartedly, his nose remained free. It couldn't be more unfriendly. A tip to the owner: the young man F. (shaved head on the sides and a longer strand on the top of the head) urgently needs training on how to deal with guests! Our visit: 08/17/2020 at 1:54 p.m. Of course the three of us stopped ordering food. It's a shame, because the restaurant is a cool location in and of itself ...

We recommend. I ate a pizza that tasted just amazing. A really loose and airy dough, with a fruity, fresh tomato sauce. The spaghetti carbonara that my father ate tasted fantastic too. The staff was very friendly and courteous and you felt as a guest in the best hands. In addition, the furnishings and fittings of the restaurant ensure a really good ambience. Definitely my number one Italian in Kempten, whom I can definitely recommend.

I have lunch with my wife for lunch. We wanted to take a seat at one of the tables directly on the Iller. Unfortunately, the waiter did not allow this with the remark that all tables are reserved. That was of course not the case. Several tables remain empty. My food was tasty, but unfortunately almost cold. When I asked the waiter for a pepper mill, he told me that he didn't know where it was. I have seldom felt so in the service desert with an Italian.

The service should still be fine-tuned. After we got our food. If we were forgotten ten wanted to drink something else, but there was only one drink. The dishes could use more seasoning. Maybe salt, pepper, oil and vinegar wouldn't be wrong on the table either.

Real good food! Very delicious! My recommendation!

We were very disappointed. Although the atmosphere on the river and the furnishings are wonderful, the food we ordered (Schnitzel and fish) were obviously convenience. Nothing was fresh, not even the veggies, and the fries were dark, dark brown. Sorry, can’t recommend.
